According to the Houston Police Department, a black sedan was speeding on the Gulf Freeway headed southbound near Scott at around 2:45 a.m. this morning when it crashed into the rear-end of a slower-moving sport utility vehicle. The collision sent both vehicles spinning into the freeway retaining wall and both drivers to Ben Taub Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
