According to a recent study by the Weather Channel, The Texas Transportation Institute and INRIX, a traffic information provider, the eastbound section of I-10 stretching from T.C. Jester to San Jacinto ranks as the 4th most-congested road in the United States. The study claims that this 4.4 mile-long section of road costs drivers roughly $43 million a year in wasted time and gas.
